2003
SBSS first established a presence in the O&G market in 2003 delivering inter-platform cable connections in the Dong Fang 1-1 gas field in the South China Sea. Since that initial project, SBSS has completed 30 projects in this sector globally.

2007
SBSS engaged in both the BP Tangguh LNG and its expansion project in 2007 and 2018 respectively and provided various subsea support works to nine major offshore O&G fields in China developed by CNOOC.
